I am a Professional Technical Designer and Pattern Maker for  Fashion, Surf, Costumes, Dance  wear, Active wear and Tactical. I have over 16 years experience to offer from the variety of categories I have worked with. I feel my skills and experience bring new ideas to the table. 

Create initial graded specs from designer sketches using Lectra PLM
Pattern Making for prototypes as needed, by hand and using Tuka Cad Pattern software
Prepare and Maintain samples for Juniors and Girls fittings weekly, schedule live fit models
Use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to communicate fit and pattern corrections to overseas vendors. 
work with vendors throughout Production ensuring accurate spec measurements and Tech packs
Work with Merchandising, Design and Production manager in fittings to insure garment fit and advise fit adjustments on cost and production efficiency

Use Adobe Illustrator to create Spec Sheets, Call Outs and BOMs for local and overseas vendors
Assist Designers in fittings to insure a true fit and work with stitchers to insure quality sample construction


Pattern Maker 

Create first-through patterns and tech packs for production from design sketches and spec sheets
Cut prototype and/or photo shoot samples and work with stitchers to ensure correct and quality construction
Assist Designers and work with Dancers in fittings to insure a true fit
Grade patterns for production using paper splicing method. Create graded spec sheets and tech packs for local and overseas manufacturers using Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Excel
Train all department new hires in all areas of Product Development

Lead Pattern Maker

Gerber Accumark 8.0 for Pattern Making, Grading, and Plotting Markers for Production
Work with Designers and Stitchers to create patterns for new designs
Work closely with managers and Designers in fittings to achieve a true, quality fit to ensure wearers safety

CAD Technican

Pattern Making using flat patterning and draping. Construct costumes for a show of 150 plus volunteers and performers per year
Attend fittings with the Director to ensure the costume fits properly on the cast member and the set
During the summer show, perform as Wardrobe Manager supervising 30+ volunteer dressers

Pattern Maker and Wardrobe Supervisor

Traditional Marking and Cutting of historical Theater costumes. Supervise and assist and small team of stitchers. Conduct fittings with the Designer and Costume Director to ensure pattern and fit quality

Assist in fittings with the Costume Designer. Organize inventory and maintain costumes for shows, parades and attractions
