Involved with shaping the brand and defining the customer experience for a Silicon Valley technology and mobility startup’s global brand launch in early 2018, backed by Sokon Industries.

•	Forged cross-departmental partnerships across US and China leadership teams for Engineering, Design, Project Management, and Operations to define all core technologies and capabilities
•	Worked directly with C-level management developing brand and communications strategies
•	Developed all Requests for Proposals and preliminary budgets for SF Motors’ global brand and technology launch, and subsequently led all rounds for selecting brand and creative agencies
•	Managed $1.5m budget for brand creation with Agency of Record Landor’s team while developing all brand guidelines, voice, and creative assets
•	Managed $3.4m budget for content creation of three films with creative agency Moving Picture Company’s team while developing creative direction, storyboarding, and creative assets

Senior Manager, Brand Marketing

Guided growing business as the 8th employee from later Angel investment through Series A, as well as the bridge round leading into Series B funding.
•  Led renaming of company, executing all initiatives on identity and branding
•  Worked directly with CEO and CTO on defining the corporate strategy, laying out company’s product roadmap, and pitch deck development for investors through multiple investment rounds
•  Led strategic team for defining digital sales channel and developing architecture of B2B IT infrastructure, connecting Alta’s manufacturing and supply chains directly to B2B network
•  Built and oversaw Marketing/Communications team and contracted creative, delegated creation of all branded assets, trademarked identity, usage guidelines for B2B and partnerships, corporate storytelling, events and all digital media outlets
•  Managed studio and location photography and video of production vehicles, facilities and personnel; voice, tone, look and feel of all social media

Director of Marketing and Communications

Developed pragmatic strategies for growing company’s reach in the U.S. market. 
•  Worked closely with Marketing Director on product development, executing all branding for limited edition “Gaucho Rambler” with partner Pendleton Woolen Mills, featured in Vanity Fair’s 2013 Christmas buyer’s guide
•  Provided creative direction and all photography assets for co-branded marketing campaign with lifestyle and outdoors company, Poler Outdoor Stuff

Marketing and Branding Consultant

Produced and oversaw a four-day event in Los Angeles for U.S. product launch of range-topping model, the 2014 Moto Guzzi California 1400, which included the brand’s annual dealer meeting.

•  Worked directly with Piaggio Group’s VP of Marketing, supported coordination of all details and logistics, including PR for launch party, dealer meetings, and dealer and media journalist rides
•  Arranged all logistics for executive staff, media journalists, and network of U.S. dealers

Events Producer and Creative Director

Co-founded consulting company and its online media outlet, Hell For Leather Magazine, focused on motorcycle industry for the Gen X/Y consumer base. Oversaw all sales model implementation, marketing, events and event sponsor relations for consulting and creative agency, with oversight of daily content provider on web focused on motorcycle industry. HFL Media, LLC was acquired in 2012.
•  Developed and implemented all strategies for developing revenue, consultative selling to OEMs, content partnerships, and the online magazine’s Gen X/Y consumer base
•  Built and led project-based teams ranging in size from as small as five and up to 40+
•  Grew Hell For Leather Magazine’s monthly subscriber base and site visitors to 600,000+
•  Led client marketing and advertising initiatives from conception to completion, as well as all vendor & talent management
•  Provided hands-on creation and direction of all phases of identity, branding, multi-device UX/UI direction & design, and photography
