Payroll Manager

Payroll for 32 communities and over 2300 employees using Ceridian Dayforce 

•Review, verify and process in house payroll on a weekly basis for over 550 employees; salary and hourly employees
•Process terminations and PTO payouts within required deadlines
•Responsible for processing bonus, commission, adjustments and completing post payroll audits
•Submitting Direct Deposit and Positive Pay files to banking intuitions 
•Assist with year-end reconciliations and W2 auditing 
•Create accurate and timely architecture and landscape invoices by reviewing contracts, reports, pricing, and projection logs
•Reviewing contracts and entering new customers and job names into JD Edwards
•Reconciliation of open work order reports on a monthly basis to ensure all prior months work orders have been billed

Accounting Coordinator

•Manage all liability accounts for the branch division
•Process corporate invoices including coding, emailing to third party Accounts Payable vendor for further processing and payment
•General office administrative functions (Data entry, distribute purchase order numbers, collaboration with vendors, and providing customer service)
