•	Enter customer work orders and subsequent vendor purchase orders in Primo system, for all team room business.
•	Follow up all vendor acknowledgements to ensure proper PO receipt, product availability/delivery, and communicate details to CTSM or retail customers as needed. 
•	Plan workload details from date purchase order is received through completion including ensuring vendors are being paid. 
•	Anticipate workload needs at least two weeks in advance of work needing to be completed. Responsible for all aspects of team room sales support.
•	Receiving and check in PMMS system for all team room product, follow up with customers and complete orders for customer pickup.  Problem solve issues as needed to ensure satisfied customers.
•	Assist retail customers as well as external store customers that require team services.  Heavy phone and email communication with customers with timely follow through for all customers.
•	Manage AR report, assist in collection efforts for accounts 25-60 days late on invoice. Utilize webapp system to properly communicate efforts to AR dept.
•	Maintain all established team room procedural standards, meeting or exceeding LP audit score minimums as well as tight inventory controls.
