I am a detail oriented creative multitasking professional with in-depth knowledge of visual and fashion merchandising. Past experiences have given me a comprehensive understanding of all Microsoft tools, customer service, sales, marketing principles, production and retail merchandising in the fashion industry.

Drive sales and performance for self and sales associates while leading the floor as well as maintain appropriate floor coverage for 10,000 sq. foot dual entrance $10M volume store. Support sales associate training through on-boarding process in areas of service/selling performance, product knowledge, point of sale (POS) and general store standards.

Attended yearly tradeshows and worked with buyers. Created line sheets for all shoe lines and worked with buyers (Nordstrom, Hot Topic, Torrid etc.) Managed E-Comm and social media accounts daily. Shot and edited photos of shoes utilizing Photoshop. 

Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Oversaw production for collections; including exclusive collection for Free People. Responsible for production status of 30 styles per month, including sample status follow up. Issued cut tickets and PO’s to vendors. 

PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

Trained and coached on product knowledge and visual merchandising. Assisted with managing sales reports breaking down actual dollars vs. projected sales. Established and implemented policies, goals, objectives and procedures to increase sales, expand markets and promote business.
