Customer Service

- Monitor facility and insure the safety of all visitors
- Data entry for memberships
- Identify and solve problem situations
- Handle all emergencies and/or injuries
- Unlock and open facility for activity and lock and close facility at the end of the night
- Insure that all programs are running smoothly and efficiently
- Handle the cash out at the end of the night

Principle Recreation Leader

- Assist teachers at YMCA afterschool / summer program
- Responsible for planning activities
- Communicating with parents for necessary paperwork and upcoming events
