Hi!  I attended California State University Northridge and earned a Bachelors Degree in Family & Consumer Sciences with an emphasis in Fashion Merchandising.

- Worked closely with Asset Management Team and Legal Team to form (and dissolve) Special Purpose Entities in order to hold real estate assets, including the drafting of LLC formation documents and obtaining individual Tax ID Numbers.
- Liaison between Company and Registered Agent to file LLC Articles of Organization, Articles of Dissolution, Statements of Information, Business Privilege Tax forms and UCC-1 filings in various states using state-specific forms. Worked with accounting department to process invoices of said filings.
- Liaison between Company and Indenture Trustee in order to comply with Indenture Agreement requirements, such as Joinder Agreements and Notice of REO Conversions.
- Maintained Managed Real Estate pipelines to track the disposition of assets.
- Maintained Corporate Entity Tracker to track active and dissolved LLC entities.
- Liaison between Corporate Headquarters and regional offices for the execution of various Foreclosure and Deed In Lieu documents.

Managed Real Estate Coordinator 

Responsible for lease administration for a portfolio of over 1 million square feet of office, retail and medical properties in Southern California (Orange County, San Diego, Los Angeles) and Las Vegas. Worked closely with Leasing Director, Legal Counsel, Finance Management Director, Accounting, and Leasing Brokers. 


Regional Lease Administrator

- Utilized DealMaker to review submitted negotiated deals prior to Board of Directors meetings.
- Assisted with ancillary document processing, inputting, follow-up and review.
- Lease Proposal creation for prospective and/or existing Tenants in a portfolio of 30 Shopping Centers in CA, NM and AZ.
- Researched tenant-executed leases for significant information.
- Researched specific shopping malls, retailers and competitors.
- Requested Lease Outline Drawings (LOD) in various reconfigurations.
- Liaison between Leasing Directors and Retailers by communicating with Tenants, both existing and prospects.
- Sent Leasing Packages to prospective tenants in accordance with inquired mall.
- Created Power Point presentations to be presented during National Portfolio meetings.
- Set-up meetings for Leasing Directors to meet with Real Estate Vice Presidents, Directors and Brokers during International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) conferences.
