As a leader in inventory control, buying and product management I have acquired experience generating and monitoring reports to meet sales and profit margins, negotiating pricing, terms and allowances with vendors, managing, sourcing and developing products within my categories and monitoring and replenishing inventory levels and executing marketing plans in a cross channel environment. 


•	Develop, select and buy merchandise assortments based on merchandise plan, sales, market trends, and competitive analysis
•	Negotiate all pricing, terms, product details, freight and logistics with vendors
•	Create, maintain, and analyze performance reports and react to market trends and changes

•Prepare and analyze department reports – Sales analysis, return reports, sales by channel
•Select door-by-door assortments and floor sets based on seasonality, order quantities, and sales history
•Collaborate with Demand Planning department to activate seasonal assortments
•Manage markdown process and exit strategies for product assortment
•Identify sales and margin opportunities/risks and identify necessary actions to ensure achievement of financial plans 
•Communicate with vendors regarding new product development, pricing and deliveries
•Initiate creative briefs for hangtags, store signage, door hangers, and etc.
•Research market trends to maintain a competitive edge
•Work with visual merchandising and retail stores regarding planograms, mannequins, and displays
•Build catalog paginations and execute marketing plans in a cross channel environment (web, retail, and catalog)

Assistant Product Manager

•Reviewed and managed the daily retail replenishment functions
•Maintained and changed retail minimum/maximum levels to minimize stock-outs and maximize fulfillment
•Served as the main point of contact for store management for special inventory requests or inquiries around replenishments
•Oversaw and managed all retail RTVs and RTSs to support vendor agreements for end of life product, company replenishments
•Worked with Product Managers to maintain/suggest changes to retail assortments based on sales productivity
•Provided in-depth, store level inventory analysis to make recommendations for stock adjustments, and transfers
•Worked and partnered with other departments to recognize and resolve issues related to the achievement of company goals and customer satisfaction
