The past 6 years I've  enjoyed working as a  retail manager and buyer  for Snowbird Resort and  most recently as the  Assistant Retail  Director overseeing  other retail shops and  assisting managers in  buying and  merchandising. I'm  detail oriented and work well under  pressure!

As manager/buyer for two stores I increased annual revenue 30% from 2008 to 2013 and successfully conceived and implemented a new store concept. I purchased a diverse array of product categories including technical apparel and outerwear, athletic eye wear, sporting accessories, gifts, impulse, lifestyle and logo apparel.

In addition to my responsibilities as store manager, I was tasked with overseeing the success of 7 other retail locations.  This included the training and oversight on the purchase process and ideal product mix for the stores.  I helped drive the profit growth through the introduction new vendors, products and product categories.

As store manager I oversaw a $2.5 million revenue dollar location, managed 50+ employees and met sales goals weekly.

I was responsible for recruiting, hiring and training new employees, staffing and scheduling, management of store employees and weekly floor sets.

I was responsible for lighting, form and prop placement and visual aesthetic of retail apparel; executed weekly updates and yearly floor sets.
