Regional Visual Coordinator

I have a passion for visual merchandising and for encouraging a healthy lifestyle. I am an extremely dedicated and hard worker when it comes to my job. I enjoy traveling and working with different groups of people. I enjoy being challenged, it creates opportunity for growth. My favorite part about working in the field is being able to train, educate, and coach those who share the same passion. Activewear & Footwear are my areas of expertise including brands such as Nike, North Face, Under Armour, Brooks, Asics, Ripcurl, and many more. Oversees consistent visual merchandise presentation for approximately 25 stores in the western central part of the US focusing on the state of Colorado. Ensures Company standards and vendor guidelines, signing execution and graphic presentation, and providing store management and associates with training on merchandising techniques. Works closely with internal departments, including Training, Buyers, Planners, Allocators, Visual Team, Regional Team and New Store Operations’ Team.

•	Responsible for all apparel and footwear merchandise in terms of sales, freight execution and processing, visual merchandising, and operational compliance.
•	Recruit, hire, and train all department associates and merchandisers
•	Resolve challenging customer issues without the escalation to upper management
•	Assist RVM within my district setting store apparel pads, training new softlines team leads and senior visual merchandisers, and executing high priority backroom purges. 
•	Establish distinct goals and conducive strategies for associates to produce superlative results in every aspect of the company’s standards and expectations
•	Routinely performed all day to day business responsibilities and operations as the solitary manager on duty
•	Review weekly sales reports to analyze sales trends, alter sales strategies and approach, and effectively communicate expectations 


Softlines Manager

•	Exclusively selected to uphold and exhibit the highest standards for Nike brand apparel and footwear
•	Ensured departments were set accurately according to Nike product presentation guide, seasonal product promotion, and current graphics
•	Provided exceptional in-depth customer service about the latest released Nike products and product history/development
•	Responsible for processing, pricing, and merchandising all Nike apparel and footwear onto sales floor efficiency and within an expected time frame
