Event Production Manager

- Planned and executed all manners of the event process including creating detailed event plans, room and venue diagrams, run of show, purchasing and organizing materials, creating and fulfilling staffing templates, setting and coordinating pre and post planning meetings with all necessary internal departments, day of execution and post-event clean up.
- Collaborated and communicated with internal Marketing department to review and update any event marketing collateral
- Maximized budget to cover all staffing needs, entertainment, supplies, F&B, etc.

- Attend Winter and Summer X Games to support the Public Relations team
- Responsible for all media collaboration on site, that includes directing media to correct zones, answering specific event or athlete questions and coordinating athlete interviews
- Post competition responsible for interviewing metaled athletes, sending interviews to press release manager, then escorting athletes to award ceremonies

Press Staff

- Event responsibilities include creating day of map and timeline, coordinating set up with grounds crew, provide support to vendors and monitor decibel levels within town ordinances
- Solely responsible for planning and execution of summer movie series, Woolly’s Parade and mini event series for mid-week promotional events involving local retailers and restaurants
- Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, reviewing and submitting payroll, updating and tracking yearly budgets, making posts on Instagram and Facebook, updating the website and coordinating with our creative team on all posters and social media collateral

Event Operations Coordinator

- Answered calls and emails that addressed Owner condo needs, established Owner reservations and performed pre-arrival inspections of their condo units
- Worked with Chase Associated Design Group to coordinate a renovation program for 110+ condos. Renovations included flooring, paint, woodwork, furniture and fixture installation
- Responded to all TripAdvisor comments, created weekly manager schedule, developed occupancy report for local businesses and took care of all VIP guests visiting the hotel

Owner Relations Coordinator

- Assisted in the development, coordination and execution of event timelines of birthday parties, weddings, corporate, in-home, holiday and special occasion events
- Coordinated the staging of decor, linens and glassware to ensure proper and timely delivery to client or venue and assisted in setting these items for respective event

Event Production Assistant

- Proven ability to effectively work under pressure, handle multi task levels of responsibilities with minimal direction from management
- Handle all transactions and bookkeeping activities such as CC authorizations, billing and reconciled accounts
- Assisted clients with choosing their rental selections for their parties and events
