I am currently a Social Media Manager for the HOT ROD Network, in the automotive enthusiast space. Looking for a Social Media Manager position in outdoor/action sports arena where I can use my social media expertise to make an impact. 

• Curate and share new and archived content from the HOT ROD Network across social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Collaborate on social media support with the Marketing and Software Development teams in promoting and expanding the visibility and subscriber base of the proprietary MotorTrend App, which includes a vast library of original programming and syndicated content in conjunction with Discovery.
• Create platform-specific social content with the goal of growing and maintaining the fan base as well as promoting traffic to MotorTrend Group websites.
• Meet commitments of the guaranteed number of posts or engagement, or a specific calendar roll-out of posts for sponsors/advertisers.
• Integral in executing sold social media campaigns for aftermarket automotive parts and vehicle manufacturers, providing detailed reports on campaign performance and results to management, vendors, sales and editorial teams.
• Use data tools such as Adobe Analytics to identify the best performing content to expand on trending topics.

• Responsible for full cycle recruiting efforts.
• Cold call, screen and interview potential candidates to ensure they meet employment and position qualifications.
• Partner with Lead Recruiters and hiring managers to assure consistency with business goals and filling positions in a timely manner.
• Record and communicate recruiting updates and metrics to hiring managers and various stakeholders.
• Create job postings to advertise current job openings.
• Perform reference checks on candidates to determine their skill level and aptitude, for employment and/or placement.
• Handle candidate's confidential information in a professional manner.
• Conduct research on companies using online resources.
