During my career I have been in several industries, and have excelled in each one. At the start of my career I was in the financial industry working for Bank of America where I was at the forefront servicing customers as a senior teller. I provided quick and accurate service to all customers and ensured they received complete customer satisfaction. I then moved on to the retail industry working for an online company where I was the operations manager. 

The years after I worked in the wholesale industry from an accounts manager that dealt with sales reps, account buyers, and phone customers. I was then promoted to merchandise planner where I communicated with buyers from our company’s main accounts. The last year and half I was promoted to product developer. I coordinated with our Asia team to ensure that the products that we were making were in line with our business expectations.

In each of these industries I have learned a great deal about team work, leadership, and the ability to accomplish the tasks at hand.


Independently took a footwear design, develop it, and bring back a finished product.

Researched, developed, and selected materials, colors, and textures.

Developed detailed product specifications for each project.

Work with designers and R&D engineers on aesthetic & technical product issues.

Work with Asian based developer and factories to execute designs according to established timelines.

Work with R&D lab to coordinate and document product fit/field testing.

Order, track and insure on time delivery of special samples for catalog, photo shoots and other events.

Develop channels of communication through sports marketing, sales, and other areas of the company.

Develop SMU projects for Military/Racing/Golf (Bubba Watson).

Coordinated with other developers in other departments to make sure products are executed per the merchants plan.

AFA Developer (Footwear Developer II)

Help with timely completion of products for the development department by supporting the department overflow functions (meetings, pre-lines, specs, line sheets, margin reports).

Assures that all in-line and SMU (QVC) specs are done within the project time frame, and completed to satisfaction by communicating with Asia team with email or traveling to Asia.

Research competitor products through retail shopping that keeps me abreast of market trends, new technologies, and consumer needs.

Coordinates with PLMs on current project developments, which are executed according to the seasonal critical dates that lead to on-time delivery of sales samples and production confirmation

Associate Product Developer

Identify and report merchandise system enhancements to improve planning, analysis and reporting.

Develop seasonal plans, which tie to corporate sales, gross margin and turn targets (inventory) by store, division, and class.

Manage and maintain department financial forecast. Take timely action to maximize sales, profitability and inventory productivity.  

Manage Co-Op and price reductions (markdowns) for all accounts.

Ensure total store inventory levels reflect the merchandise strategy and are allocated properly to meet or exceed sales, comp, gross margin and turn goals.

Support sales team and Account Managers.

Forecast inventory requirements for all major accounts.

Communicate regularly with customer’s allocators, planners, and buyers.

Merchandise Planner

Responsible for managing 20+ accounts located all over the United States.

Collaborate with all divisions within the company to ensure accurate and timely shipments to customers.

Work with logistics to ensure all deliveries are delivered from China to the LB port to the customer in a timely manner.

Work with the production team and planning to ensure that customer’s forecasts of products are produced and reserved for them.

Conduct analysis on all orders to locate any discrepancies that will hinder the allocation of products.

Verify all EDI transactions are credit approved by working with the V.P of sales and credit department.

Work with account representatives to maintain correct pricing of products.

Customer Service Accounts Manager

Oversee all aspects of how the warehouse is run including gathering data on 5000+ inventory by using a hybrid of the Pareto method and cycle counts by usage.

Update inventory daily by using cycle counts by usage to maintain accurate inventory on high selling products. 

Identify operational inefficiencies for the company, as well as suggest key operation tasks to enhance profitability.

Train new recruits as well as coach and motivate employees in a positive manner.

Ensure shipment and inventory accuracy of 95-100% as well as brief upper management on daily warehouse activities.

Coordinate duties among employees to guarantee daily activities are accomplished while providing a safe and efficient environment.

Carefully look over the daily shipping report to ensure all shipped products matched invoice prices.

Operations/Warehouse Supervisor

Reported teller duties and status of daily sales to management at the end of each day.

Built customer loyalty through accurate and timely processing of transactions.

Promoted consumer services and products, via customer education and cross-sell referrals.

Advised customers that have a financial problem by recommending the appropriate product for their needs.
