I am a designer with more than 8 years of experience specifically in men&#39;s apparel.Most recently, I was with Pacsun as a Sr Designer. My responsibilities were broad and included designing and overseeing all of their in-house men’s apparel and accessories. I also worked on collaborations with brands like FOG and other license projects .I have a proven track record of delivering apparel products that lean into current trends, are cost prudent, and translate into strong sales. During my last year at Pacsun, the men’s in-house brands were +20% to Plan and +15% to Last Year.

Led the end-to-end design process for the men's tops business unit, starting with conceptual ideation,
CAD/sketch/technical designs of products, collaboration with the production team, merchant
negotiations, and finished product delivery - leading to +40% revenue growth over prior year during
the COVID period.
●   Designed various collaboration collections, incorporating the specific brand aesthetics with Pacsun's
casual concepts - culminating in the successful launch of various campaigns including FOG Essentials,
Playboy, and artist license projects.
●   Expanded role to include seasonal concepting and creation of Pacsun's men's accessories line;
including hats, jewelry, socks, and miscellaneous items - building incremental and scalable revenue
streams for the men's business unit.
●   Collaborated with marketing to ensure that photoshoots and visual assets reflected the design
intention and initial concept of each collection.
●   Managed and developed three junior designers to quickly learn processes and become experts that
own design categories, leading to the promotion of all three individuals.
