More than 8 years R&D, product development and sourcing experience in activewear,underwear,bodyshaper Knowledge in several yarns, fabrics and different chemical applications Have a global network  managing processes from the early stages of Product Development to warehouse

?	Product Development (c-section postpartum compression collection, medical compression maternity hosiery collection, cotton maternity underwear collection, raschel cut&sew MT collection)
•	I managed the vendors including request quotes from vendors for quantities price breaks. 
•	I was responsible of source, design, and develop new products including source new materials.
•	I was responsible of create new patterns, and technical packages. I also organized all old technical packages.
•	I negotiated lower rates, and provide cost saving ideas.
?	Production (20 different styles, with two colors, and 4 sizes)
•	I created purchase orders in apparel magics, and email them to vendors, and coordinate deliveries. 
•	I collected of TOP samples from outsource vendors.
•	I obtained weekly WIP reports from domestic and overseas vendors, and prepare timeline report for Belly Bandit team
•	 I was responsible of organization of deliveries. For each shipment, I contacted two or three different freight forwarders.
•	Provide all paperworks to accounting department, and provide payment to vendors 
?	Inventory 
•	Review red line reports with Boss, and issue PO as needed for products and components.
•	I communicated   with belly Bandit team, and warehouse team, and informed them on the anticipated delivery times of goods.
•	I ordered all shipping supplies such as shipping and product boxes, sizing stickers, inserts as needed, and track them.
•	I review all receivers created by warehouse team to ensure that all information Is correct by verifying style #’s, pricing, and qty’s, and making sure items are marked into inventory correctly.
•	Provide all backup documents to accounting office for orders, and shipping.

Production and Sourcing Manager

The development of C-section underwear& slimming collections with specific antibacterial x-static panel
•	Develop and decide issues regarding fabric characteristics, technical construction, product testing, fit, packaging, and functionality.
•	Develop fabric, trims, labels, hangtags, and packaging with suppliers.
•	Builds, inputs, and maintains technical packages with current colors, bill of materials, costing, and technical sketches.

Product Developer (Freelance)

•	Technical fabric and garment development according to body zoned garment construction and usage of different types of yarns in active wear, baselayers, underwear, bodyshaper, maternity products 
•	 Created product lines for targeted markets and worked directly with customers to develop products that met their design, performance, pricing and timing criteria

•	Setting product development and product strategy for the line of underwear, bodyshaper, baselayers, maternity products

•	Leading 5 people team including pattern maker, two technical designer, buyer of accessories, SAP MM SQ user 
•	Additional Responsibility as R&D Engineer; Preparation of ATATEKS private label activewear prototypes and catalogs for ISPO exhibition 
•	Managed the development process by sourcing raw materials and executing developments based on mill and equipment capabilities 
•	Attended international and domestic trade shows and shopped key markets on a global basis to identify emerging trends
