I am a designer, product developer and production specialist residing in the greater Los Angeles Area. My work includes: women's and children's apparel, home decor and fashion accessories. I am skilled at bringing ideas from concept to finished product. Specialties Include: Market- Specific Original Designs, Updating Best Seller Styles and Utilizing Production Remnants to Reduce Costs.

At Be Inspired Boutique, my primary responsibility was creating a private label brand of children’s and women’s apparel. Due to unsatisfactory results with import productions, I initiated the process of moving production in house. This included overseeing the hiring of a sewing manager, cutter, and sample maker. During this time, I also cultivated new relationships and lines of credit with multiple vendors across Los Angeles. As a result of managing these relationships and the workflow of new employees my department increased production to an overall output of 800-1,000 units weekly. With this system in place, I was able to focus on design from initial concept through finished product. This included research, creating production ready patterns, conducting fittings, and sourcing materials. The implementation of these efficiencies allowed Be Inspired Boutique to introduce 2-3 finished productions every week on their website.


Designer, Product Development, Production Manager

During my employment at ModCloth I worked closely with the Technical Design Department to implement a standardized fit for their plus sized garment offerings. My role included tracking and organizing samples throughout the development process with Excel, Google Docs, and Illustrator.

•	Scheduled and recorded all information during fittings.
•	Developed fit comments and technical diagrams to communicate with vendors worldwide.
Managed professional relationships with international and domestic partners.

Technical Design Assistant

My time at Flotsam + Jetsam allowed me to expand my experience beyond apparel. The company encouraged me to work with many unique materials to develop one of a kind home accents and fashion accessories
•    Played an integral role in the development of many different product lines including apparel and home accessories
•    Oversaw a multitude of projects from design concept through production models 
•    Worked with many unique materials and techniques that are not common in apparel design
•    Represented the company at trade shows including the New York Gift Show
