• Accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver brand awareness, sales, and customer retention.
• Create marketing tool kit assets for account executives to support product launch initiatives and develop brand awareness: social media copy, social media images, digital ads, cover images, print ad assets, email header images, email copy, print order instructions
• Manage design agency and contract graphic designers to create documents and coordinate edits between product managers, product marketers, quality, and regulatory teams
• Write and publish all marketing content through our channels
• Develop and maintain annual content calendar 
• Copy edit documents and review for trademarks and correct branding elements 
Implement new brand guidelines to update content and maintain brand integrity throughout all materials 
• Develop social media calendar month over month 
• Serve as point of contact for content creation initiatives for product marketers, managers, and account executives 
• Develop social media best practices playbook for account executives
• Basic SEO understanding, content categorization structure, content development, distribution and measurement.
• Development of editorial standard so content is consistent within our brand voice, style, and tone. 
• Work with team to build out content strategy by channel

• Manage creative resources including designers, writers, and other agencies
• Conduct research to enhance content and identify trends
• Work with the Communication Coordinator to assist in writing press releases, new product releases, promotions, and talking points.

Develop and curate content for global B2B and B2C social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube
• Collaborate and work closely with regional headquarters in the UK and Australia to coordinate social content schedules, strategy
and 24-hour monitoring of inboxes and mentions via social channels.
• Create social medial communication plans to support critical marketing initiatives throughout the year to drive engagement around
acquisition, continuing education, and professional member development.
• Manage team of writers for the B2B and B2C blogs to create content that supports global campaigns and KPIs and coordinate
global copy translations in up to 14 languages.
• Coordinate and track global influencer collaborations including accommodations, travel, contracts, expenses, social deliverables,
tracking of social media performance, processing invoices, and working directly with PADI dive centers to book courses.
• Support global brand partnerships through social awareness and blog content: GoPro, Divers Alert Network, Mission Blue, Lonely
Whale.
• Lead on social media influencer event in 2019 from ideation and planning to execution to drive local awareness to dive training in
southern California by hosting 15 influencers (travel, food, outdoor, yoga, and photography industries) at PADI HQ for a discover
scuba training experience in the pool, food, music cocktails, and networking.
• Provide monthly and quarterly social media reporting for global executive team and management.
• Liaison with team of Ambassadors to create social and blog content that supports global brand initiatives throughout the year and
cross promote voices of influential brand advocates in the travel, conservation, and action sports industry.
• Work closely with integrated marketing, design, and brand teams to coordinate asset creation to meet campaign launch deadlines.
