I am looking for a job position that will allow me to expand my knowledge in the career world. I am very passionate about skin care, fashion, and everything in between. I am considered by all to be reliable, punctual and an organized person. I believe I have experience that allows me to work in any work environment and adapt well without much training or supervision.
 

My daily schedule includes facial bar services, treatment room services, and Hydrafacial services. Although our customer service matters most, we are also required to meet certain sales goals each week and month. We are responsible for retaining clientele as well as managing our own books.

At Skin Laundry Laser Clinic I was the clinic manager as well as an assistant to all registered nurses. My duties as an aesthetic assistant included: checking clients in and out, prepping the clients for their light and laser treatment, assisting the nurse in the treatment room, and post-treatment procedures for the clients after their treatment. As a manager I was responsible for sales goals, marketing, employee training, scheduling, and overseeing the clinic.


Clinic Manager

As an office assistant for Harcourts Prime Properties I was responsible for many different things. I was in charge of phone calls, appointments, clientele, MLS listings, setting up showings and open houses, and any other daily responsibilities around the office.

As a store manager for At The Beach, I wore many different hats. I was required to meet personal sales goals as well as make sure the store I manage meets their monthly sales requirements. I used to oversee my team and make sure everything was running smoothly. My days include accounting, finances, customer service, as well as daily cleaning duties.

Store Manager

For my this job I was responsible for many different tasks. I worked in the billing department, setting up and sending out claims to insurance companies. I also spoke with the insurance companies daily as I would follow up on the claims that were 
submitted. I spoke with the patient’s frequently, as well as the doctor’s offices that the patients visit for their testing. Around the office I would do smaller tasks like copying, printing, filing, billing, take phone calls, and a lot of computer based work such as Excel, Word, Soft Aid, and Microsoft Outlook.

Office manager

As an administrative assistant for 4 star, I was tasked with many different things. I worked with every department within the company. I have been trained to do Accounts Payable, data entry, billing, taking phone calls, and daily planning for the managers of each department. I would always fulfill any project or duty that was given to me. I used Microsoft 
Outlook, Excel, Word, and EPDS software.
