Assistant Manager / Visual Merchandiser

- Maintain company visual merchandising standards; replenishment, floor sets, and marketing.
- Performing all company opening and closing procedures.
- Assisting other associates with service skills and loss prevention techniques. 
- Providing superior customer service both in store and online to reach sale goals. 
- Managing associates during scheduled shifts. 

- Communication oversea fabric mills and vendors regarding fabric development and samples. 
- Measuring garments for internal wash testing requirements for future adoption. 
- Track all pending sourced / redeveloped fabrics and incoming samples. 
- Work alongside the design and product development teams to execute future design patterns, fabrics, and styles.
- Creating tech packs for SMU development. 

Product Development / Sourcing Assistant

-Customer service- cash out and floor assistance
-Assisting other associates with service skills and loss prevention techniques
-Visual merchandising and marketing positioning
-Helping customers with merchandise and fielded questions
-Sorting and distribution of new product

Sales/Stock Associate

-Cost analysis & price negotiations with vendors and clients.
-Processing purchase orders for key accounts.
-Working with the development team producing specs for footwear design.
-Generating weekly production and booking reports.
-Working with clients on pre-production approvals and bookings.
-Communicating daily with our China office to ensure timely production.

Key Account Production Coordinator

-Maintaining the company showrooms to company standards  
-Assisting the sales department with company buying meetings, samples for sale, trade shows and communicating with buyers.  
-Trade show preparation and execution.
-Communicating with buyers on a regular basis regarding future and pending orders. 
-Processing all incoming merchandise for the sales department and showroom; photographing samples, attaching proper merchandise information, and pricing.  
-Following up on current purchase orders for meeting accurate shipping deadlines to customers.  
-Assisting with inventory procedures of new and current merchandise.

Showroom Sales

-Effectively and efficiently prepares quote proposals for military aircraft
-Communicating with customers and vendors regarding new and pending business.
-Processing customer purchase orders
-Prioritizing daily workload
-Filing, scanning, and organizational techniques
-Handling of incoming phone calls and referring calls to appropriate party.

Administrative Assistant/Engineering Support

-Receiving shipments and proper distribution
-Creating and maintaining visual merchandising standards
-Assisting New Store Opener
-Building floor sets
-Participating in inventory control, cash wrap responsibilities
