Sales and Event Coordination

Currently managing a BMX,  Snowboard, Skate shop. Duties  include wholesale ordering,  mechanic, running all social  media, creating sales &  promotional events, eager to  move in to a new position in  the Bike, Snow or Skate  industry, also currently a sale  rep for a BMX stunt show team

Part time employment as a member of Eastern Action Sports Team  Performing BMX stunt shows used to captivate the audience and deliver positive education about issues that affect the younger generation. Action packed program, focusing on educating and entertaining with positive messages from athletic role models. Booking both large and small shows, at many different venues. Show times can vary based on the venue, and they can be personalized to fit the needs of the audience. We attend PTO meetings and local conventions to get our initial messages out, and attempt to gain customers and book shows in the future.

Manager, Fat Trax / Competitive Edge Ski & Bike, East Longmeadow MA

Full time employment as the manager of a well known small town BMX/ Snowboard shop that is owned by Competitive Edge Ski & Bike Inc, annually grossing sales over $200,000. Priorities include ordering and processing all BMX bikes, snowboards, skateboards, parts and accessories. Bicycle assembly and typical BMX and Snowboard related repairs,wheel builds and tunes. Keeping up with current trends in apparel by attending seasonal meetings with representatives of shoe, clothing and outerwear companies at buying shows. Providing excellent customer service on the sales floor and while responding to inquires on social media (in addition to daily updates to all forms of social media used by the shop). Preparation of in store sales and promotions, sales, company events including jams and shop stops by well known brands and pro teams. Collaboration with local ski areas/mountains and skate parks to host both large and small events. Creative design for custom shop branded apparel. 

Work Accomplishments 

Feature on Springfield’s WGGB News 40 and ESPNS  Extreme Sports site EXPN.com for donating time to rebuilding a local Skatepark. Buttery Brook Skatepark, South Hadley, MA
