Over the past seven years, I  have  had the opportunity to design  a broad range of categories  including ski, alpine, training,  and lifestyle. As an athlete  myself, I am passionate about  innovation and working closely  with athletes to help them  reach their potential.

●   Oversee all aspect of Design for Men's & Women's Outerwear, Kid's Outerwear, and Accessories categories
●   Fiscal 2021: Men's & Women's Outerwear had its strongest year: +27% to LY,
$194M in gross demand. Kids OW was +34% to LY, $24M and accessories
+5% to LY, $58M.
●   Drive color and trend direction for Outwear categories
●   Shop the market, attend trade shows, visit factories, attend mill meetings and
conduct online market research to ensure color and styling is relevant and fresh each season
●   Support the seasonal calendar creation process, ensuring there is enough time
between milestones
●   Mentor and lead designers through product creation and color, ensuring company initiatives are met while cultivating a team environment that allows
each employee to grow and shine.
●   Partner with merchandisers and product development to execute design's vision without compromising business goals
●   Partner with TD to ensure fit meets expectation for desired end use

● Conducted focus groups and participated in various wear testing adventures with professional athletes to create small product capsules
