I have committed myself to gathering and refining skills of process analysis. Failure is found in overlooked details and I believe that
exploring the minutiae is a way to effectively launch a process or product.

Create new products, develop new and refining current processes. Work with senior leadership and customers to define and create
new and effective solutions within the military, industrial, aviation and rail markets.

I have been responsible for material sourcing, patterning, establishing and documenting procedures, creating quality checkpoints
and alerts, and training teams on the floor for success. Following LEAN principles I successfully launched a half dozen programs in the first 6 months of my time in this position.

With my knowledge of the production process and engineering principles, I have become the "go-to" member of the engineering
team for complicated and highly technical products. I have shown my ability to identify bottlenecks and create permanent solutions to implement on the production floor.

Oversee production lines, ensure quality, manage workload and schedule to achieve KPIs. Responsible for the drapery and industrial production lines, including RF welding. Ensure process efficiency. Acted as a liaison between engineering and operations to ensure accuracy of product construction.

Within 3 months I was able to bring the daily efficiency of the curtain line from 30-50%, which it had operated at for a year prior, to
80-100% daily. This created validity and profitability in the products created on this line. With the leadership I provided, the production team was able to gain bonuses and get increased pay.

I trained operators on the line not just to manufacture the products but also thinking creatively about how to solve problems on the go. With my engineering and operational guidance we had over 20 retailers around the world at the time of my departure. The
products I designed for manufacture allowed for attractive margins of over 40%.
