In-House Sales Supra Footwear and KR3W Apparel

•Manages Outside Sales Representatives for U.S. Midwest, Southern California, Nevada, Arizona, and Puerto Rico   
•Manages large accounts such as Macy’s, Dillards, Active, Industrial Rideshop, Sun Diego, and Zulily
•Has thorough knowledge in the program Full Circle
•Responsible for each season of Order Fulfilment, Returns, Account Customer Service, and ensures all needs of the Outside Sales Reps are met
•Regularly runs reports to maintain a clean and efficient order file to maximize company profit and sends reports that are beneficial to managed sales reps to ensure they meet quarterly goals
•Works with accounting department to get in touch with accounts for payment
•Assists shipping department to ensure all packages and orders go out on time, or earlier 
•Uses EDI process when handling Macy’s and Dillard’s orders and is familiar with transferring data 
•Mastered order entry in NuOrder and works with sales reps to ensure all orders are entered correctly
