Led all aspects of launching a new beauty and personal care division focused on nail, spa, and aesthetic
sundries/disposables products. Served as the initial point of contact for U.S.-based business operations.
●  Oversaw the recruitment and management of outside sales representatives and brokers. Conducted regional visits to provide support to sales teams and customers, contributing to increased sales and heightened brand awareness.
