Principal Consultant

Directed business development efforts at company’s largest customers.  Worked with all key constituents at golf equipment OEMs to ensure sustained, profitable growth of True Temper, Project X / Rifle and Grafalloy brands.  Top-line revenue of customer base exceeded 60% of total annual sales.  Developed brand / product marketing plans and co-op marketing initiatives to support OEM product launches.

•	Golf division achieved nearly 40% revenue growth over 2-year period (+34% in 2010, +4% in 2011) while delivering on EBITDA objectives

•	Gross margins for account base increased by more than 5% annually due to significant global market share gains of highly profitable graphite / carbon composite products (12.2% in 2009; 18.3% in 2011)


Director of Sales and Marketing

Created long-term global product line plan for business units with largest growth potential.  Successfully simplified and segmented product line offerings to minimize development and inventory costs and maximize marketing efficiencies.  Key member of $100M Ashworth acquisition team. Developed, planned and supervised execution of global marketing campaigns for Ashworth (contemporary, lifestyle-driven clothing), adidas Golf (performance apparel and footwear), and Sunice (technical outerwear).

•	Recaptured declining market share in iron category.  Realized 15.4% growth to all-time company high of 17.2% dollar share in 12 months.  Share gains equated to over $13.8M in revenue.  Grew business from +/- $200M to $245M (+28%) in 24 months and captured #1 global market share position
•	Chairman of company-wide “It’s Everyone’s Future” initiative to reduce operating costs and increase margins.  Programs developed saved over $10M annually

Global Senior Director - Product Marketing

Led the planning, development and implementation of all demand creation activities.  Responsible for the creation and cultivation of Callaway Golf brand image and marketing efforts including advertising campaign, in-store merchandising, online presence and promotions.

•	Effectively developed and managed A&P budget in excess of $25M.  Led coordination of efforts with Odyssey, Top-Flite and Ben Hogan business units to maximize sports marketing and media efficiencies
•	Company realized domestic sales growth of $149M (+33.2%) over 4-year period

Also directed all facets of Spalding Sports Worldwide’s (acquired by Callaway Golf in 2002) most profitable and visible product categories.  Led cross-functional teams through development, testing and commercialization of all new products. Planned and executed marketing activities for world’s largest golf ball brand and leading oversized ball franchises (Top-Flite XL and Magna).

Managed client relationships at a number of key accounts including Spalding Sports, John Hancock Financial (including Olympic sponsorships), and Harvard Community Health Plan.  Created award-winning, multi-disciplined communication campaigns including advertising, direct response, packaging design, trade show booth development, sports marketing, collateral, retail environment and signage development, etc.
