As an Account Executive at MoreYellow; I am responsible for developing and growing existing and new client relationships. This includes leading new client engagements as well as the day-to-day management of accounts. As an account executive I ensures we consistently reach our clients’ goals and deliver a high-quality product on time and on budget.

Responsibilities:
•Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts and support other new business efforts.
•Develop deep expertise and knowledge around the clients’ businesses and industries.
•Develop digital marketing strategies designed to drive demand to our client's needs. 
•Lead the growth and development of the client’s business within the agency across our Areas of Focus.
•Identify and participate in business development opportunities with potential new clients
•Represents the "voice of the customer" during all phases of the project lifecycle.
•Act as a day-to-day contact for clients on all project needs including asset collection, key milestone communication.
•Participate in client calls and meeting.
•Communicate client feedback to core team and advise changes to scope.
•Responsible for preparing and delivering project briefs and various other communication documents.
•Responsible for quality assurance; ensure all requirements are met before project deliverables are      given to the client.
•Continuos building on client relationships.

•	Generate revenue to the station and its web/digital product from both traditional and non-traditional prospects
•	Develop and maintain client relationships through exceptional customer service.

•Develop the voice of the Volcom brand across all digital channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and other relevant social content.
