Sr Director Sales & Operations

- Partner to the CEO in assuming a strategic role in the overall management of the company, total of 55 employees
- Managed all financial related activities including planning / forecasting, CPA and Banking relationships, accounting processes including AR and AP functions and cash flows
- Prepared all financials for the Board of Directors and provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts
- Developed and maintained a 13 week Cash Flow and long term forecast that proved critical in managing and improving cash flows
- Established a demand planning team, implementing controls in purchasing and production management, improving SKU efficiency and on-time delivery that led to improved sales and margin

Interim CFO

- Partner to the GM in the management of all functional areas in the US, Canada and Latin America
- Managed the Annual Operating Plan of the full brand P&L and Balance Sheet (AR/AP, Inventory, Cash Flows) including full inventory planning and supply chain management.  
- Produced monthly financial package for the executive team, including all financial and KPI metrics
- Managed all brand business analytics including customer profitability, product contribution margin analysis and order book management
- Engaged as a true operational partner to Brand VP’s in all functional areas
?	*Implemented standardized procedures that improved expense management, resulting in improved operating profit as a percent of sales by over 300 basis points within two years
