Graduate of San Diego State  with a Bachelors degree in Business  Management.  Throughout my career I have had the opportunity to develop strong skills in Sales, Communication, Marketing, Event Planning, and Business Operations. As a result of this experience I have helped increase sales and operational efficiency increasing revenue while cutting down on costs. Through these experiences I have earned the opportunity to develop strong relationships with retailers and wholesalers throughout the US in the Outdoor, Fishing, and Surf industries. 

•	Sales
o	Develop a team of sales representatives and accounts to execute aggressive growth strategy that resulted in 250% sales volume growth in one fiscal year.  
o	Expand marketing direction and integration with campaign development across social, online, retail, and direct sales. Manage all Private Label partnerships with resorts, corporations, and private companies including artwork design development and printing.
o	Responsible for all aspects of creating a positive customer experience by being personally available to address and remedy customer concerns. Ensure feedback is incorporated into new product development. 
•	Operations
o	Manage all operations of Headquarters office including Customer Service, Retail Sales Support, Inventory Control and Warehouse.
o	Established Order Management System with wholesale billing that reduced accounts receivable aging from 90+ days to 30+ days or less. 
o	Lead and manage all event tradeshow teams, operations, and execution.


National Sales and Operations Manager 

•	Directed and managed all sales throughout North America and abroad generating a 75% increase in company sales from 2014 to 2016. 
•	Streamlined distribution logistics for international and domestic supply chain resulting in a 30% reduction of shipping costs in over the first year. 
•	Launched the first Brand Ambassador Program in 2015 and established licensee agreements across the U.S. and internationally including Peru, Uruguay, Spain, and France. 
•	Managed all production operations of Headquarters shop. Supported the Retail Store Manager with training sales associates, emphasizing excellent customer service and product knowledge.


Director of Global Sales and Production

•	Directed and managed all sales throughout California executing a solid growth strategy that resulted in over 50 new accounts in first 5 months. 
•	Managed all inventory and distribution logistics across all accounts.


Director of Sales and Marketing - CA

•	Assisted with inventory management, sales data analysis, and engaged in market research providing valuable growth strategies and targets.
•	Organized community service and promotional events focused on the value of eco-conscious design and manufacturing of footwear.
