As an Operations Management Professional, I have enjoyed working across various industries such as Transportation, Technology, and Manufacturing. Through years of experience of managing dynamic operations at United Parcel Service, I have learned the importance of developing great people, optimizing operations, and delivering on time results. My continuous pursue for exciting assignments has opened opportunities to work for Fortune 500 companies adding value in the following areas: process improvement, operations transformation, and building outstanding teams.
After working for Oakley and Luxottica Group, I had another great opportunity to follow the founder of Oakley (Jim Jannard) to RED Digital Cinema where we were all challenged to Jim’s mad scientist vision in building the world’s best digital cinematography and photography camera. Through the practice of Lean Manufacturing principles, I had the pleasure of leading a highly motivated team to assemble the world’s greatest movie cameras in record time with the highest workmanship.
At ENI-JR286 I was responsible for the following operation departments: Transportation, International and Domestic Distribution Centers, Security Services, and Facility Management. Being Nike’s largest sports accessory licensee, there was never a dull moment and no day is the same. As with previous assignments, the satisfaction is in the development of people, processes and overall operations performance.
As an active member of my community, I am a voluntary member of the Disaster Action Team for the American Red Cross. My work for the ARC allows me the opportunity to share my passion for operations management with other awesome like-minded people who enjoy selflessly giving back to the community.
