I graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in Sports  Business and Economics in 2012. Since graduation, I have gained knowledge and expierence working as a Sports  Marketing Intern at Skullcandy Headphones in San Clemente, as the United States  Representative and an Assistant Head Team Manager in Israel for Team USA during the 19th Maccabiah World Games (2nd  largest international sporting games) and as an Account Executive for the PIVOT Marketing Agency in San Francisco.

I am a team focused, hard worker who is always ready to handle a challenge. I am always excited to learn something new and help my colleagues and teams become successful.

- Consulting with brands to align their sports marketing strategy with company initiatives and increase ROI.
- Managing the development and implementation of sponsorship strategy; including pricing, packaging and sales strategy for collegiate and professional sports teams.
- Proactively driving new business by developing proposals for new prospects through marketplace analysis and monitoring client performance post-buy.

- Created cultural learning opportunities and effective training programs prior to the start of the games and during the games in order to foster a strong Israel connection and proper training for the US athletes.
- Organized all actions, including transportation, tours and athletic events of the 1,200 United States athletes throughout Israel under the supervision of Team USA Head Team Manager.
- Coordinated with the Maccabi World Union to harmonize the interactions of all 9,000 athletes from 82 countries.

United States of America Representative & Assistant Head Team Manager

- Managed strategic marketing plans including event activation, content capture, athlete involvement, and digital marketing for all 56 sponsored athletes and their interactions with our target market.
- Coordinated and executed all activation surrounding the announcement of Skullcandy's first NFL athlete.
- Created a $500,000 corporate sponsorship and signed an auto-racing athlete.
- Developed strategic event activation plans and ran on-site sports marketing event activations in a variety of arenas across the country.
