Program Coordinator

•	Coordinator of residential energy efficiency programs 
•	Maintain the call center for the energy programs by taking in-bound calls and making out-bound calls to assist customers with finding a program that best fits their needs and addressing any concerns the customers may have
•	Provide technological insight across the organization for various programs
•	Implemented an improved program performance tracker through Excel to effectively and efficiently report on residential energy programs 
•	Organize routes for the appliance recycling field staff to use to satisfy our customer’s schedules as efficiently as possible
•	Hold a High Efficiency Products field representative role to maintain in-store signage and relationships with local retailers participating in the program, which discounts and offers rebates on select energy efficient products
•	Provide administrative and research support for implementing the Green & Healthy Homes Initiative in Lansing, which will provide energy efficiency upgrades and abate homes of lead, asbestos, mold, and other health hazards

•	Maintain the call center for the energy programs, provide technological insight across the organization, and organize routes for the appliance recycling field staff
•	Member of direct installations team that installed energy efficient products in multi-family residences 
•	Member of appliance recycling field team removing non-efficient appliances from residential homes while providing a relaxed and safe environment and recycling the units properly

Program Support

•	Member of an outreach team for the Better Buildings for Michigan program in Bath and Dewitt Township, which lead the state over 27 similar programs in Michigan with over $680,000 in Michigan Saves loans provided to 113 residents for home energy efficiency upgrades
•	Acquired sales experience while making outgoing calls to customers that showed interest in discounted energy audits
•	Gained experience with Salesforce.com for customer relationship management and data tracking & reporting

Outreach Support

Provided support to the kitchen staff to create a more efficient workflow between the customers, wait staff, and chefs. Provided customers with exceptional service to ensure that all needs were met. Prepared finished food orders for delivery to customers. Key accomplishments at Pizza House: 
•	Trained and motivated new staff members to reach and exceed expectations
•	Performed proficiently in a high stress environment

Expoditor

Advised customers on various ski and snowboard equipment for rent that would effectively satisfy their needs and skill level. Identified complications with equipment and determined the steps for repair. Key accomplishments at Terry Sports: 
•	Provided customers with a fun and relaxed process of renting ski and snowboard equipment
•	Worked effectively with others to create an efficient work flow
