•	Spearheaded Online Reputation Management program to increase positive reviews, streamline dispute resolution, and improve lead generation efforts. Grew from 15 to 600 reviews.

•	Developed Social Media & Blog for brand awareness, lead generation and thought leadership. 

•	Responsible for website overhaul to WordPress environment. Hired staff and agency for design, development, content creation, Marketo lead generation, and long-term maintenance.

•	Managed 5 Field Marketing professionals completing over 70 regional/national tradeshows, client and partner events, and monthly resident marketing campaigns to drive utilization.

•	Created various marketing campaigns including cross-sell/up-sell, lead generation, drip marketing and content-based campaigns integrated with Marketo and Salesforce.

Marketing Communications Director

•	Managed team of developers to customize Magento e-commerce platform for retail website.

•	Developed Listrak marketing automation program to generate over $1MM revenue in first year, through new product releases, shopping cart abandonment and sales events and promotions.

•	Coordinated $500K agency ad budget for Google PPC, Remarketing & PLA campaigns.
