Senior Product Line Manager

-Manage direction regarding product assortments, ensuring execution of brand strategies and product initiatives.

-Create and lead strategic plans for category development with a keen eye on what is hot in the category and how we can continue to innovate.

-Partner with Design, Sourcing, Fabric and Development teams to commercialize product from concept stage to market.

-Align our category with Brand Initiatives shared amongst Accessories, Apparel and Footwear Departments.

-Team with Marketing and Sales Groups to best represent our product offering and the brand for all accounts and markets through creative and relevant story telling bringing our vision to life at market.

-Manage and drive the product building process to be aligned with the company’s seasonal calendar, leading the team cross functionally to ensure calendar dates are executed.

-Accountable for driving our business by building profitable, market and consumer relevant products that are inline with department and company financial targets.

-Strong knowledge about our core consumer, our business and various special markets: how they shop, where they shop, how they wear it, and the overall competitive market landscape. In turn, be active and strategic as I plan current season’s assortment and identify future seasonal opportunities.

-Maintain a strong understanding of product demand, forecast and inventory levels.

-Elevate Hurley's cultural connection and presence outside the surf culture.
-Create a relentless flow of energy product.
-Bring tastemakers, influencer's and artists into Hurley's world.
-Expand Hurley's influence and reach into consumer relevant channels.
