Retained by BOD for golf manufacturer (Nikent Golf) to provide financial oversight to private equity company investment and banking credit facility. Uncovered fraudulent activities of CEO and had him relieved of duties by BOD. 
*	Reduced over $20M in IT related expenditures over period of five years. Project management assignment to assist healthcare organization’s (NYSE:HMA) vendor management organization and divisional CFO’s with major IT spend categories by renegotiating contracts with key vendors and applying corporate defined business metrics.  *	Identified and recommended annual overhead costs reductions by more $3M in six months. Provided support to executive management team of $1B French aerospace division (Euronext: ZC) to lower operating costs, improve margins and deploy a vendor screening system to mitigate corporate risk associated with international vendors. * Improved divisional reporting functions for newly defined product category within six months. Lead accounting department of a $100M equipment manufacturing company (Global Polishing Solutions) establish new division, decentralized accounting systems, operations and reporting within six month period.

CFO for international manufacturer of durable, mobile printers •	Responsible for all finance, accounting, HR, IT and facilities management for industry leading enterprise. •	Held primary accountability for negotiation and management of key vendor account relationships for all products and services for $65M manufacturer of mobile, wireless print technology. •	Established company 401k plan, selected providers, performed annual testing and census reporting. •	Worked closely with President (primary shareholder) and COO in validation and mediation of vendor contract terms and conditions. Prepared and delivered detailed reports to investors and board of directors on all aspects of finance and operations. •	Prepared annual tax analysis and related income tax and payroll tax schedules for S-Corp shareholders to “bonus-out” related tax liabilities associated with earnings generated from operations. •	Supervise the preparation and maintenance of required reconciliations, schedules, subsidiary ledgers, job cost adjustments and journal entries in support of financial statement assertions.
