I am very interested in a full time employment opportunity in the outdoor and lifestyles industry. I am looking for a position where I can utilize my creative ideas and fresh insight.

My academic course work in the Retail Management Department at Purdue University has provided an understanding and appreciation for the apparel industry and the role of merchandising in the world of fashion. I am an energetic, passionate student of fashion with an appreciation for individual style.

• Saint Bernard – head visual director responsible for: store display, personal styling, photo studio styling, website
styling, and all social media coordination
• Brooks Thomas – managed all social media accounts, customer service, event planning
• Celebrating Women Baylor Health Care System Foundation – managed guest speakers, executed event timeline, and

• Trained on visual guidelines with managers and store teams (including Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Saks,
Bloomingdales, and independent retailers) within 26 state territory
• Provided excellent customer service with every client interaction by informing and educating customers about brand
history, partnerships, and product details for Shinola and Tom Ford Timepieces
• Trained associates in over 26 states (from WC to SC), then after initial seasonal training, based on sales would travel
where needed
• Routinely monitored data from wholesale accounts, investigating significant volume improvement opportunities, and
consulted with store managers on the optimum implementation of marketing programs to increase sales and
profitability
• Coordinated wholesale revenues in excess of $2.3M involving Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, and Saks
• Managed on-boarding training platform and online training resources for retail and wholesale team
• Developed and built ways to constantly evolve and improve the training systems used at HQ as well as in the field
• Consolidated and regularly updated training resources for retail, wholesale, and customer service while assisting with
training presentations for new hires and in retail stores
• Communicated sizing, fitting, defective product issues, feedback on product, returns, FAQs, etc. between wholesale
teams and Shinola sales team
• Interfaced with retail, e-commerce, key accounts, sales, design, and production for Shinola and Tom Ford Timepieces
• Identified product opportunities in order to drive incremental revenue and market penetration for the brands while
emphasizing key market trends
• Worked with third party company (Snap and Style) to deliver personal styling services to our online customers
• Created website content to align with customers’ expectations and assist in product questions

Wholesale Training Manager

•	Managed day-to-day running of company’s main social media accounts
•	Improved branding and devised product knowledge for store employees

•	Promoted brands such as: Hermès, Dedar, Promemoria, Philippe Hurel, Vaughan; an annual business of $9.6 million
•	Presented social media campaigns to vendors and clients

•	Launched the grand opening of For Home Forty Five Ten which brought over 200 people and created several new customer/ interior designer relationships
