Develop print designs in a cohesive collection for the quilting and crafting market--used licensed artworks as well as creating original illustrations for pattern development. Work alongside design team under guidance from creative director to produce fabric collections from season to season. Aid in marketing material and graphics based on SKUs. 

Skills included color matching, generating colorway ideation, pattern layouts, drawing/painting, artwork cleaning/repair/manipulation, research & development, creating mock-ups, prepared production-ready artworks to be printed at mill overseas, etc. Trained incoming designers and provided general art direction for interpreting artworks into fabric collections.

Create original illustrations/motifs/graphics (using watercolors, inks, gouache, digital media, etc.) as well as using purchased artwork and putting them into repeat patterns aimed at junior, contemporary, missy, kids, and activewear apparel market
