•	Maintain a portfolio of over 2000 accounts, monitoring a queue daily to ensure past due customers were contacted as needed via letters, email, and phone calls.
•	Analyze, review, and approve new and current customers’ applications for credit.
•	Utilize batch cash posting matrix log to reconcile weekly bank transactions.
•	Apply and reconcile all payments made via cash, ACH, checks and credit cards (U.S. and Canadian).
•	Create journal entries and review inter-company accounts to assist with monthly closing.
