Responsibilities and achievements include:
•	Sole management of any and all marketing aspects for both companies (under parent company) Visionart Galleries & Solar Shading Systems. This includes creating, implementing and executing the company’s first ever marketing plan for both VisionArt Galleries and Solar Shading Systems.
•	Responsible for creating and managing all social media platforms for each company from the ground up. Notable accounts created and managed were Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Yelp, YouTube, Houzz, Pinterest, and Foursquare.
•	Designed all 2014 collateral pieces: two new postcards for both companies, a company combined direct mail piece, promotional coupons, and installation instruction manuals. 
•	VisionArt specific: Responsible for reorganization of all artist contracts to the updated 2014 year, bringing in new artists to better the VisionArt brand, and maintaining a great working relationship with all partners of VisionArt (artists, artists reps, fine-art printing companies, and dealers).
•	Proposed, created and managed all advertising and public relations processes with outside publications for both companies.
•	Responsible for both company website management, revisions, hosting and domain issues, html coding, and scouting of new web designers. 
•	Worked directly with hired photography and videography company to create a better online presence and better brand for both companies. Sole responsibility of creating the videography script and photography requirements. 
•	Responsible for monthly E-Newsletter composition.

Marketing Director

Wide breadth of responsibilities and achievements include:
•	Sole ownership of creating, implementing and executing a brand new marketing plan for the UCLA Baseball team. 
•	Responsible for achieving an attendance increase for the 2013 season versus prior year, including sell-out games at UCLA's Jackie Robinson Stadium. 
•	Responsible for achieving an attendance increase for the 2013 season versus prior year, including sell-out games at UCLA's Jackie Robinson Stadium. 
•	Improved media coverage via Southern California news outlets, movie studios and MLB.
•	Ownership of all UCLA Baseball e-newsletters sent out monthly, including videos, press releases, graphics, player biographies and "inside scoop" news.
•	Co-ownership of UCLA Football marketing responsibilities, including marketing plan creation and implementation, brand image, venue entertainment, event management with 25,000 fans and more, season-long promotions, promotional events, website management, corporate sponsorship negotiation with IMG and all game day management. 
•	Full ownership and management of all Marketing Department Olympic Sport Group Sales. 
•	Responsible for managing 12 student interns in office and six inters for game-day operations.
•	Contributor to UCLA Athletics' community relations involvement of UCLA programs; I’m Going to College, Athletics For Youth, Bruin School Days, Youth Football Day, Adopt a Classroom, and Reading Days. 
•	Responsible for graphic design of UCLA Baseball flyers, emails, website ads, e-newsletters, print collateral and print media (Daily Bruin, UCLA student newspapers, LA Times, etc.).

Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities and achievements included:
•	Conducted “Ballpark Tour” appointments with prospective Season, Group and Suite Sales purchasers.
•	Earned awards based on sales performance in first four months holding position.
•	Significant contributor to team achievement that produced $1m+ in ticket sales revenue for two consecutive months – a “first” in department history.

Wide breadth of responsibilities, supporting several departments within the organization’s front office.  Responsibilities and achievements included:
•	Co-ownership of coordinating all non-baseball events at stadium (concerts, banquets, etc).
•	Responsible for content and publication of bi-weekly newsletter.
•	Co-ownership of all baseball team-related press releases.
•	Leadership role in all website-related social networking; Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.
•	Co-ownership of team marketing events, including game-day, on-field activities.
•	Community outreach at schools, businesses and city chamber events.
