Senior Operations Manager

I love the opportunity to bring my years of Leadership, Sales Operations management, Customer Success, and Client/Project Management experience to work for an Amazing company that I can grow with. •	I provide primary Operations and post-sale Management expertise. My goal is to manage a post-sale operations team that exceeds client expectations while helping them to Go Green with Renewable Energy!
•	Extensive client/project management experience with a results-oriented approach.
•	Utilize my expertise is relationship management to be to go-between for many areas of our company to efficiently communicate and collaborate. 
•	I wear many hats and deal with many facets of the company’s overall operations; everything from working in cooperation with our Financial Partners, dealings with Installation Partners, Represent client interests, as well as working directly with Sales Directors and Managers to create an amazing end product.
•	Work in collaboration with out Chief Marketing Officer to create Marketing campaigns and a branded customer success journey to showcase our elite consumer experience and amazing products.
•	Provide Nation-wide support to operations and sales happening from New York to California.
•	Led the design and construction of a Case workflow to help manage our Client’s Journey through the sales process and beyond; working in collaboration with Salesforce designers and engineers. 
•	Joined Just Energy Solar as the first Operations personnel, reporting directly to the Executive Team, I created the template for our entire Sales & Operations platform in partnership with the Executive Team’s vision for the company.

•	My primary responsibility and pursuit at Sungevity is to build the World's most Energized network of Customers who Power their lives with Sunshine!
•	I create an Insane Customer Experience for Sungevity Clients while providing an expert knowledge of the current landscape of the Solar Industry, reviewing their personal energy usage and situation, and then I consult them on their financial options to go Solar with Sungevity.
•	Account Management of clients using Sungevity’s solar SaaS.
•	Expertise in Solution Selling – Finding out the client’s needs and wants and showing them how my product or service provides that for them.
•	Expertly manage and close complex sales cycles.
•	I generate business through callbacks to interested clients, providing consultations to new Sungevity clients, and most importantly through my outstanding network of sold clients’ referrals.
•	I consistently make over 100 outbound calls a day and hold multiple appointments and consultations each day as well.
•	I use such tools as Salesforce, Clearslide presentations, Headland Communications, DocuSign, and all Microsoft Office programs on an everyday basis in my Consulting position.
•	Providing an education to my clients ranging from a broad overview to an in depth analysis of the Solar Industry; walking them through the complete sales life cycle.
•	A Primary objective of this position is to be a Closer.
•	Provide virtual demonstrations while on the telephone with clients.
•	Large components of this position are consistent with the skillset and requirements of an Inside Sales Consultant.
•	I work closely with our marketing department to make sure that I am always on the cutting edge of representing Sungevity’s brand to our clients with the utmost accuracy.
•	Constant pursuit of Continuing my Education of the solar industry and always striving to better my genuine presentation to my clients through classes, role plays, meetings, and seminars.

Senior Account Executive

•	Manage all aspects of Strawbridge Studios business in the State of Indiana; everything from scheduling, manpower, billing, photography, products, tracking shipments, schedules and logistics of products and personnel, providing exceptional customer service, and problem solving / troubleshooting skills.
•	Account & Project Management of all clients wants and needs.
•	Product Management of Yearbook SaaS.
•	Managed both online and downloadable yearbook and school picture technology software for the schools to use.
•	Constant communication with clients.
•	Trained as a Professional Photographer in portrait, group, and sports photography, as well as senior portraits, candid pictures, and special events.
•	I also manage multiple schools’ online Yearbooks and other sources of multimedia.
•	I manage all Photographers working in the Indiana territory.
•	Frequent travel and booking involved with being a Territory Manager for both me and my photographers.
•	Develop and implement Sales plans and monthly target goals.
•	Account Management of everything from contracts, agreements, and services to schools, leagues, churches, and any other clients.
•	Recruiting and training with fellow Territory Managers and Photographers.
•	Create quality, lasting partnerships with Schools and businesses through exceptional customer service. For example, in the year 2013, I rebooked 100% of my accounts for the upcoming year and many for multi-year contracts.
•	Constantly pursuing new relationships and clients to partner with through numerous means of sales, advertising, and of course referrals and word of mouth.
•	I am available to all my accounts 24/7 to provide hands-on, face to face interactions, and am always willing to troubleshoot any and all issues to provide exceptional customer service to all my clients, all the time.
•	Constantly traveling up to 100% of the time.

Territory Manager

•	Account Management, portfolio management of assigned clients.
•	Analytical role – technical expertise in data-centric operations.
•	Everyday use of Salesforce and multiple Microsoft Office programs in this role.
•	Management of numerous work streams, requiring the ability to prioritize most important or rushed items.
•	Handled communications between multiple business areas, so it required an outstanding ability to communicate internally and externally.
•	Required exceptional attention to detail as each operation was dealing with hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars.
•	Compliance reviews of Variable Annuities, making sure all rules and regulations are met at a State and National level.
•	Cross-trained in numerous special analysis processes for my business area.
•	I have always met and exceeded all my Proficiency, Accuracy, and Quality Goals. 
•	I have taken advantage of opportunities and training within Lincoln Financial to educate myself and learn new skill functions to become a more valuable employee.
•	I am Yellow Belt Certified in Lean Six Sigma and I have participated on multiple Green Belt projects for eliminating multiple areas of waste and increasing output and the bottom-line.
•	I took on Leadership positions and roles within my business unit and on multiple committees.
•	I was a mentor to multiple fellow Financial Underwriters and even processors and analysts from different business areas across Lincoln.
•	I am on multiple committees and work groups: MCAC – Multicultural Awareness Committee, Vision @ Work – Awards & Recognition, Sales Delivery Event Planning Committee, and Variable Underwriting Liaison to the Exchange Consultants.
