?   Attend style fittings and design hand off meetings
?   Work closely with cross-functional departments and teams: Pattern, Marking-grading, cutting, wash/laundry, and shipping departs
?   Manage and coordinate all Quality Assurance standards for production and wet processing

?   Manage WIP reports from multiple vendors/factories overseas
?   Manage pre-production departments: pattern, tech design, and sewing
?   Manage product development from design concept to fit approval
?   Coordinate and manage sample/fit garment production from sewing to finishing of garments.

?   Handle before wash and after wash measurements
?   Manage logistics for all overseas production
?   Manage and oversee every step of production and finishing
