Service Operations Manager

Hello All!

I'm a self-starter from North County, San Diego. I have 10 years of experience with retail, merchandising and management. Most of my experience is in the Grocery Industry, but in the past few years I have branched out into the Active Lifestyle Industry specializing in the surf,skate and snow categories. 

	Oversee all store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director.
	Complete responsibility for the Front End Department, in addition to total store support.
	Communicate sales goals, department performance and sales opportunities with staff to ensure positive results that would create a Service    First atmosphere for every guest.
	Assist the Store Director with any issues that arise during the day.
	Focus on customer satisfaction and needs, ensure that employees provide customers with superior customer service through use of best practices and communication of the importance of superior customer service.
	Plan and prepare work schedules, supervise employees, and ensure compliance with company policy and record keeping procedures.
	Support team motivation and teamwork for more than 65 employees
