Order Fulfillment Manager

• Lead and direct the Order Fulfillment Team
• Assure accurate processing and maintenance of sales orders and related documents
• Resolve operational problems related to the timely availability of product, working closely with Purchasing
Department to assure accurate purchase orders are submitted to the company’s suppliers
• Coordinate and schedule supply to customers as requested.
• Assure that premium expenses occurring due to poor performance by another entity are reimbursed to the
company
• Strive to maintain a 100% on-time fill rate
• Exceed customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
• Constantly analyze methods to improve processes and streamline procedures
• Communicate with VP of Operations to inform of any issues relates to customers and sales orders
• Train and motivate Order Fulfillment team and monitor performance
• Perform annual performance reviews of reporting personnel to evaluate strengths and weaknesses. Propose
and implement improvement plans for the personnel when required
• Partner with Information Technology leaders to identify and implement new technologies and improve existing
methods based on business needs
• Supervise the maintenance of records and files and the preparation of reports having to do with the sales
activities
• Understand and adhere to all company processes, policies, guidelines, business ethics codes, needs, and
restrictions outside of the Order Fulfillment department
• Read and understand vendor manuals to ensure compliance will be met per the accounts requirements
• Other duties as assigned
• Maintained duties from the Order Fulfillment Lead position as well
