-Greet and check in patients in a timely manor.

-Assisted clients with global travel needs, from airline tickets to full vacation packages (via walk-ins, inbound phone inquires and outbound sales calls to existing and former STA Travel clients).
-Provided customer service, including during difficult or emergency situations, by providing administrative support to associates using provided tools.
-Understanding the client’s wishes, needs and requirements and making appropriate travel arrangements.
-Coordinated and attended various marketing events.
