During my 15+ years working in the Action Sports, Fashion and Footwear Industry, I have gained valuable industry knowledge and experience.  I have had the opportunity to work and excel in all levels of distribution, from single door operations to multi-million dollar businesses.  I have extensive knowledge of the SE region of the US, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean.  I excel in communication and customer relations in both English and Spanish.  I have learned and evolved with the changing state of the market and have cultivated growth even in the most challenging times.  I am a creative thinker who develops and executes plans and does the right thing for the business.

- Work $1M annual business for the territory covering the SE region of the US.
- Manage the DC Shoes business for accounts as large as Cool J's, Marco Destin and Soundfeet Shoes to medium to smaller independent retailers.
- Create tailored assortments for retailers based on their segmentation, individual targets and product needs.
- Work monthly financial forecast at the account and category levels.  Also, forecast product styles every season including at the account level.
- Create sales tools (business plans, product catalogs, flow sheets, history and sales programs).
- Analyze brand performance on a weekly basis for key retailers, and made recommendations on challenges and opportunities.
- Worked with credit, traffic, customer service, product merchandising and sales management.
- Work with marketing and accounts to create excitement and effectively showcase the brand at retail.   
- Travel frequently to sales and account meetings, trade shows, and within my territory.  

SE Territory Manager

- Executed account maintenance, from order processing and confirmations to tracking shipments.
- Attended trade shows and retail events in the US.
- Assisted retailers in product search, placing orders and resolving credit issues.
- Worked with customers to ensure the profitability of the business my monitoring stock levels, sell through, margin and turn.
- Created reports used for sales and credit analyses for current and future order bookings.
- Visited accounts regularly, monitoring and assisting them with brand execution and product launches.
- Consistently traveled with management and educated them on challenges and opportunities.
