Receive and address Customer Service requests in a time sensitive manner.
•	Assist both our Domestic and International clients and vendors with purchase and sales orders.

Administrative Coordinator

•	Develop spreadsheets, databases and reports to increase efficiency and improve communication of departmental and functional information using company specific software.
•	Address internal process inquiries from internal and external clients. 
•	Perform clerical and administrative duties for all senior level management including complex calendar management and travel arrangements.

•	Draft biweekly time sheets and expenses for executives and employees using Vision. 
•	Organize all new hire, security and temporary paperwork.
•	Obtain signatures for financial documents, contracts and internal and external invoices.
