Managed the day-to-day agency operations, including but not limited to client inquires and relations, project timelines, and prospecting new clients.

Project & Operations Manager

Oversaw and coordinated marketing activities in USA and Japanese markets while Marketing Director was on maternity leave.

Planned product launch and media tour in Japanese market, gaining major media exposure.
Developed new product brochure in both English and Japanese.
Maintained website updates; i.e. posting press releases, events and product pages.

Marketing Coordinator

Coordinate and manage corporate events such as tradeshows and rep meetings to ensure corporate message is delivered while working to convert activities into sales leads. Maintain and update corporate collateral including case studies, articles, white papers, product literature, signage, and event properties such as tradeshow booths. Work with creative agency to design and create all marketing materials and related efforts such as promotional items, printed collateral, multimedia collateral, and direct mail pieces are completed in a timely manner.

•	Ensure that all creative marketing materials undergo review and adhere to brand guideline.

•	Implement Google keyword campaign to maintain organic SEO results.

•	Enter and maintain leads in CRM program as needed.

•	Develop email marketing campaigns and maintain monthly calendar.

•	Content creation for blog posts and articles for publication.

•	Manage media and tradeshow budget, as well as manage all ad placements and tradeshow events.

•	Develop social media strategy for all markets and product application.

•	Produce monthly campaign analytics reports.

Marketing Specialist

Coordinate and manage all marketing activities and communications functions, which include events management and advertising. Oversee marketing event and advertising budget. Direct PR, media relations, media buys, advertising, sales collateral and tradeshow marketing. 
Selected Accomplishments:
•	Developed and launched integrated, multi-channel web and direct marketing consumer engagement campaign in our Canadian Market.
•	Planned and executed the company’s first two major motorsports events in Arizona and Quebec City, Canada, further strengthening B2B relationships in both USA and Canadian market
•	Successfully plan and coordinate annual SEMA event, including the widely anticipated reception party in Las Vegas, NV. 	
•	Work with trade and motorsports media to develop traditional and digital advertisement campaigns.
•	Plan and coordinate all national trade show events, including securing booth space, booth design, travel and logistics for internal team and media. 
•	Manage events from planning/strategy stages through completion.
•	Assisted in the development of our top brands website launch; managed PR team in developing new content and press related materials.
•	Effectively manage the growth of our social media initiatives. Expanding flagship brand Facebook fan base in USA from zero to 19,000 fans in one year.
•	Admin for four Facebook pages, review all social media activity, website and campaign analytics via various platforms.
•	Managed the development of the company’s first monthly B2B newsletter and continue to monitor content and open rate. Successfully maintain and average open rate of 30%.
•	Coordinated and promoted flagship brand in first consumer based event with CBS radio, gaining brand exposure in L.A. market.
•	Developed USA brand ambassador program. Currently manage two ambassadors promoting flagship brand in drifting and off-road motorsports events.
•	Video content development for both event promotion and commercial use
