Senior Event Producer

Production Coordinator

- Directed weekly calls to finalize competition formats and athlete relations.
- Managed internal budgets, athlete websites and competition rule books.
- Executed on-site athlete registration for 4 events with 100+ athletes each.

Competition Coordinator Contractor

- Partnered with vendors to negotiate and coordinate equipment delivery for 6 Warrior Dash races.
- Oversaw 200 volunteers, and ran registration for up to 7,000 athletes.
- Advised customer service database of over 1 million participants via live chat,
phone calls and 300+ emails.
