Creative Manager

•Directed all graphic and creative content for B2B/B2C channels, including: In store POP, POS, POGs, displays, product packaging both branded and private label, yearly product catalogs, video, digital design and web graphics, advertisements, and social media.
•Managed in house design team, marketing team, videographer, photographer, social media manager, all contractors and external agency partners and vendors (7-11 direct reports over time, managing the process of multiple hires and procuring contractors and partners).
•Created and directed internal brand standards and guidelines across multiple touch points, including: packaging, sales materials, digital and web graphics, social media, video, and partner content for 20+ in house brands and licensed partners.
•Managed yearly production calendar, work processes, and internal capacity levels to ensure goals and deadlines are met on time and on budget.
•Created and managed influencer programs and partner relationships, building new marketing, promotion, and content avenues.
•Directed photography and video, and digital graphics for all e-commerce channels. Creating content personally as needed.
•Directed and created website banners and ad content, evaluating KPIs and allocating ad budgets across multi-channels.
•Worked cross departmentally with e-commerce team, product team, procurement team, operations, accounting, and others to complete goals to plan.
•Created and directed sales collateral, sales presentations, and templates, and all graphics and collateral for all Trade shows (including in person and virtual during the pandemic).

Creative/Marketing Director 

In charge of creation of all shopper marketing and B2B/B2C sales materials including: In store POP, POS, POGs, displays, product packaging both branded and private label, yearly product catalogs (including annual product catalog of 128 pages featuring about 1,200 products), and advertisements. 
•Create Trade show Booth Graphics and Small Trade Space Solutions - representing the brand look and feel.
•Manage the process improvement and implementation of packaging and marketing materials.
•Manage, lead, and building an internal design team of 2-3 Designers, Design Interns, and Contract Photographers.
•Manage incoming workflow and prioritize and delegate projects.
•Work with contract photographer to direct and edit studio product photos, lifestyle photography, and product videos.
•Create and Maintain Relationships with Contractors, Printers, Display Vendors, and Overseas Factories.
•Create and Implement Brand Standards and Guidelines across multiple channels.
•Collaborate with Sales team, Digital Marketing Manager and Product Development Managers to achieve all packaging and marketing goals.
•Create product content for Digital Marketing Manager for Web & Digital Marketing.
•Create and Integrate Asset Management systems and naming conventions. Continuously updating and improving the cataloging of Art and Photography Files.
•Create innovative new packaging solutions and work on streamlining existing packaging to reduce cost and increase revenue.
•Assisted in the transition of total packaging rebrand of all ALLEN items to an updated look including the creation and regulation of color standards, and branding standards for the new look.
•Create seasonal packaging mock-ups and display mock-ups for sales calls and new opportunities. (This includes supporting Big Box sales meetings such as annual initiatives with accounts like Walmart, Cabela's, Big-5, Sportsman's Warehouse, and many more)

•Assisted in the transition of total rebrand from Kyjen, LLC to Outward Hound with the overhaul of all packaging, branding and style guides, business and sales materials, as well as outgoing marketing initiatives.

Art Director

Lead design/development for product and packaging for Jibbitz sub-brand, including charms and molded accessories. Worked cross-functionally with footwear, merchandising, marketing, and sales teams. Conduct market research through travel, trending sites, and comp shopping. Managed the design and development of 2-3 seasonal collections per year with overlapping development. Communicated globally with regional PLMs, factories in Asia and OPDMs. Built products using injection molding and hybrid construction. Created both generic and licensed packaging upholding all branding standards.
