Client Services Lead

My primary interest lie  in the research and  production of  products, equipment, and  nutritional  supplementation in  respect to sports and  human performance. I  worked two years as a  research assistant while  attending graduate  school doing product  testing and validation.

Partnered with IT to improve and optimize current systems and business processes while also developing and enhancing them to optimize current and future business gross and efficiency. Developed training for system and business processes that change due to business process redesign or system changes.

Oversee a team responsbile for EDI order processing, inbound tracking, allocation, and shipping for strategic retailers while partnering with sales to ensure the health and integrity of an account's past, current, and future orders. Create and utilize reporting to montior key accounts to track performance. Collaborate with IT for system upgrades and enhancements including the onboarding of new EDI customers and the company's expansion into the EU market.

EDI Supervispor

Oversaw Customer Service daily tasks, escalations, and onboarding by creating a comprehensives training schedule for new team members. Managed a 35% and 80% increase in the number of orders processed and incoming emails. 

Additionally, managed a warehouse sale that earned $439,012 in sales while managing a daily workforce of over 50 employees and served as subject matter expert for company’s SAP ERP implementation and intranet portal while acting as an interdepartmental resource for developing policies and procedures.

Operations Business Systems Analyst

Served as a brand ambassador and cultivated professional relationships with direct consumers as well as internal accounts by providing a wide variety of service functions.  Was an interdepartmental resource for company’s policies and procedures, while serving as the control for refunds, sample, and promo orders.

Customer Service Representative

Responsbile for locating and transfering approximately 2,000 ordered items of merchandise from various store locations every month for the fulfillment of E-Comm orders; monthly sales from items total approximately $125,000.  Generate daily sales reports that include gross sales, state tax, cost of shipping, and fees of various services.

Order Management/Customer Service

Created educational content on a variety of fitness and health topic while coordinating he collection of fitness and health data including body weight, body fat percentage, individuals’ performance, and food logging. Developed programs and instructed individuals from a various backgrounds in a fitness setting while meeting or exceeding college expected pass rate every semester.

Assistant Professor

Presented educational principles of health and fitness in both lecture and online settings and provided direction for individuals of various backgrounds on proper safety, and exercise form/technique in the weight room.

Physical Education Instructor

Conducted assessments specific to an athlete’s sport to determine how to improve sporting performance. 

Developed and implemented sports performance programs for athletes in a variety of sports, primarily: soccer, football, and baseball.

Performance Coach Intern

Data collection and analysis included: Body composition, urine and plasma, sport and fitness. 

Implemented product and equipment validation studies by, but not limited to: conducting research, interpreting research data, and recording, writing, and presenting information through the data connection and analysis.  Accountable for the testing, recording, and presenting of samples and data involved in studies exceeding 1000 participants.
