Responsible for overall performance of westcoast DC operations and 1 retail store  In addition, reponsible for  transportation, replenishment, and logistics of satellite stores operations nationwide as well as eastcoast DC replenishment

Warehouse Manager

Responsible for all 2nd shift operations for  a 645,000 square foot warehouse, with broad responsibility for strategic planning, production planning, process improvement, automated flow-through distribution, forecasting, level-of-service, accuracy, and the full supervision of up to 5 exempt executives and 90 hourly personnel.  Improved efficiency by increasing cartons unloaded per hour. Identified vendor errors and implemented communication with Corporate Department of Vendor Logistics to resolve the problem.
